- All of our protocols are considered very safe and we only use the best possible sources for all treatments. However, each individual may react differently to each treatment. Our doctors always carefully choose the protocols that suit you best. Also, we will always inform you of any possible or minimal side effects which may occur, prior to starting the treatments. So far our clients have not had complaints or obvious side effects. However, if you have any concern, please let us know anytime.
- For your safety and benefit, having a consultation with the doctor will help to identify the most suitable treatment for you. Once you start the treatment programme, we will simply continue treatment according to the protocols, therefore you will not need to see the doctor every single time.
- Definitely, you will always gain the benefits from every treatment. We are more than happy to offer a one time treatment plan which suits your schedule while delivering great results even if you are busy.
- In general, cell therapy can be repeated every few months. After seeing your check up and blood test results, you will receive customised plan from our doctor. It also depends on your improvement after the program.
- Our treatment protocols are designed to deliver best results especially when you follow the complete programme. If there is any reason that you are not able to complete the treatment programme, our medical team is willing to offer the best alternative solution for you.
- Please feel free to send all the medication/supplements/ medical history/ treatments in advance for our doctor to review. Our doctor will advise if the medication/ treatments that you receive from hospital can be complemented with the treatments at our clinic.
- Sorry to hear you are not feeling well. We will inform our doctor to discuss with you right away. Please rest assured that our treatment protocols can be adjusted to support you throughout the program.
- We are able to provide you with our medical summary letter which includes the doctor’s diagnosis, type and session of treatments which is usually sufficient for medical records. However, we are not able to disclose the details and formula of the treatment protocols as they are exclusive to our clinic. If your doctor requires further information, please inform him/her to contact us directly.
- Sorry to hear you do not feel well. Firstly we will arrange you to consult with our doctor to find out the cause of the symptoms and solutions. If the doctor concludes that our supplements did cause you discomfort we will offer you credit value for an alternative replacement.
- Before ordering the supplement we will notify the doctors for their approval first. It is necessary to have consultation with a doctor at least every 3 months to monitor improvement of your health and then adjust the supplement according to your current condition.

Operation
- In most countries including Thailand, cell therapies are not currently approved as standard treatment, due to the different sources of cells and varying methods of culture of each laboratory. However, the Thai Medical Council acknowledges the medical advantages of cell therapies and there has been much research and many successful trials as alternative treatments. Our medical team always ensure the safest procedures and protocols for you.
- It is our great pleasure to assist you. After you made the payment please let us know your travel details. Our dedicated team will prepare and arrange everything for you from fast track at Phuket airport, limousine and personal assistant to ensure your most comfort during your stay.
- Please notify us at least 3 days in advance because the cell production and all the reservations have been confirmed. If you make any changes at less than 3 days notice, the payment is non- refundable.

- We strongly recommend making an appointment, at least 7 days in advance to allow for us to schedule our doctors, accommodation, protocols and all services. This way we can serve you most effectively and prepare for your complete comfort while you are with us.
